Welcome!Complex Hockey Training trains hockey players from initiation to adult. We offer Red Line Sports Treadmill training, on ice small group and private sessions, shooting session on and off the ice, and team training.

Hockey Treadmill (60 min)
We are a Certified Redline Sports HighPerformance Hockey Instruction Facility offering a 10 phase and 24 phase comprehensive training program designed by a team of Kinesiologists and Physiotherapists.

1/2 Hour Private or Semi Private Ice Session (30 min)
This option allows you to choose an area that you endeavor to improve and we will customize a program for your skill enhancement.
Team Training (120 min)
Complex Hockey provides team training. Teams run through Complex Hockey being trained on each of the 3 to 4 stations Complex Hockey offers: treadmill,mini rink,shooting lane,and power slides.

Robbie Genge plays for the Kodiaks and attends university. He enjoys working with aspiring hockey players.

To avoid a $50 cancellation fee, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations.
